Kelly Ripa shared how things have been going in her household lately, and it sounds like we can relate. Kelly said she and her kids love watching “Hoarders.” Kelly, who is mom to three children with Mark Consuelos (Michael, 21, Lola, 17, and Joaquin, 15), explained, “Lately, we’ve had this bizarre routine of watching Hoarders. It used to be on A&E but the kids found it on Netflix. They’ll climb into bed with me and we watch a couple episodes.” Kelly also said that she can’t really help her kids out with homework anymore. She said, “I stopped being able to help my kids with their homework at around fifth grade.” And as for getting in some exercise, she said, “My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do. I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman. I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends. In the summer, I like to run in Central Park because I think it’s so gorgeous.”

A Los Angeles federal judge has tossed Ashley Judd’s sexual harassment claim against Harvey Weinstein for a second time. To review, she filed a lawsuit against him in April, claiming he had ruined her career because she refused to sleep with him. Judge Philip Gutierrez ruled that she couldn’t claim sexual harassment because she wasn’t actually working for him at the time. However, she could go forward on her claims of defamation and retaliation. Judge Gutierrez actually allowed Ashley to amend her sexual harassment claim. Since the California Legislature amended the sexual harassment law to explicitly include directors and producers among the professionals covered by the law, Ashley’s lawyers thought the legislative amendment would be applied proactively in her case, but the judge said no. He rejected her claim with prejudice, which means it can’t be revived. Fortunately, the rest of the case will go forward. Meanwhile, Harvey’s criminal sexual assault case in New York City has a tentative court date of May 6th.

Gwyneth Paltrow and her new husband Brad Falchuk took a family vacation with her ex, Chris Martin, last month. Even though they got married in September, they put off their honeymoon because they wanted their family with them, including Chris, the father of Gwyneth’s kids, Apple and Moses. Gwyneth said, “We had a big family honeymoon over Christmas. So (it was) my new husband, his children, my children, my ex-husband, our best family friends. It was a very modern honeymoon. It was great, we had such a good time.” If you think that’s strange, remember the newlyweds still aren’t living in the same house together yet. This is a psychologists dream and nightmare all at once.
