She got some hate for not being a good role model for weight loss, since she’s been in shape most of her life (event throughout her pregnancies). Now, the actress has spoken out to defend her role. Since the company has now rebranded itself with the tagline “Wellness That Works,” Kate noted that she didn’t team up with WW with the goal of only losing weight from her most recent pregnancy. Speaking of diets, Chris Pratt is taking part in a new diet trend called the Daniel Fast. It’s a 21-day program that involves praying and fasting. Basically, you can only drink water and eat foods grown from seeds – that includes any form of vegetable, fruit, grains, legumes and nuts, along with healthy oils like canola, olive and peanut. Meat, animal and dairy products aren’t allowed, as well as deep fried foods and sweeteners. According to the Daniel Fast website, it’s based on “the fasting experiences of the Old Testament Prophet.” Chris joked that he will “probably be hallucinating” by the time he starts doing the press rounds for the “Lego Movie 2,” which will coincide with his fasting schedule. That outta be interesting.
