Miley Cyrus rocked the red carpet at the GRAMMY Awards, but she was flying solo. Apparently, while Miley was flaunting her everything, her husband, Liam Hemsworth, was in the hospital. His “Isn’t It Romantic” co-star, Rebel Wilson, confirmed, “Yes, he’s texted us this morning. He was in hospital overnight, so hopefully he will be fine.” Hopefully, it’s nothing serious, especially considering Miley chose the red carpet over his bedside.
As if the Thomas Markle “war” couldn’t get any sadder, it has. As we recently told you, “People” magazine went to press with “close friends” of Meghan Markle, who spoke out about the high road she’s been trying to travel for nearly a year now. They said Meghan wrote her estranged dad a “heartbroken” letter asking him to stop talking about her to the media so they can repair their relationship. Now, Thomas himself has come forward and confirmed the sources’ account. Well, sort of. He confirms the letter – and has revealed the entire contents to the press. The five-page handwritten letter dated August 2018 finds her begging him to “stop lying” and “creating so much pain,” saying that if he loves her like he tells the media he does then he will “stop exploiting my relationship with [Prince Harry].” In the missive, she also says she has sent Thomas money and that she called him “over 20 times,” without answer, upon learning he had a heart attack. Thomas’ response to that letter? He confirms that he sent her a letter back with a request for a photo op with her and Harry. “I wish we could get together and take a photo for the whole world to see,” he wrote. “If you and Harry don’t like it? Fake it for one photo.” It doesn’t sound like this helps his case at all, and if anything, it only supports Meghan’s claims and those of her friends who have spoken out about the relationship.
Another star is leaving “The Walking Dead.” First it was Andrew Lincoln, then it was Lauren Cohan, and now Danai Gurira is set to leave the series. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Danai, who plays Michonne, will appear in a few episodes in season 10 before leaving and will then reunite with Andrew (Rick Grimes) in a series of “Walking Dead” TV movies.
Bebe Rexha doesn’t take things well when she isn’t getting the response she wants from her audience. During a pre-GRAMMY concert in Los Angeles, she actually went off on the industry crowd who didn’t bother to sing along to her Florida Georgia Line collaboration “Meant to Be.” “This song was number one for 50 f***ing weeks,” she said to the crowd, while cutting off her band. “You know what? I work too f***ing hard for this b***s***, okay?” She then addressed her mother noting, “My mom is like, ‘Please calm down.’ Mom’s like, ‘Please calm down.’ I love you, Mom. I’m calming down. I’m calming down.” But then she went on to say, “I worked too hard for this moment. Call me whatever the f*** you wanna call me. ‘Cause I’m a girl? Yes. I’m a big b**** right now. Go ahead! You’re gonna sing the f***ing words if you know the f***ing song. I don’t care.” And apparently it worked, because when she started the song over, most people in the audience decided to sing along. To be fair, the audience paid to see her sing, not do the work themselves. Diva.
