She ultimately surrendered, was booked, and then posted $1,000 to be released.
Johnny Depp has been immortalized. A 505-million-year-old fossil discovered recently has been named Kooteninchela deppi because of its scissor-like claws, which reminded the scientist who discovered it of Johnny Depp's character from the 1990 movie “Edward Scissorhands.” Scientist David Legg said, "When I first saw the pair of isolated claws in the fossil records of this species, I could not help but think of Edward Scissorhands. “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams (she's now going by her maiden name) says her estranged husband, Kordell Stewart, has changed the locks on the home they share, forcing her to stay with her mother. Porsha had her lawyer ask Kordell for keys to their home but he has so far refused to hand them over. Kordell has also refused to go to counseling, calling it a "waste of everyone's time." The couple is currently in the middle of a nasty divorce.
Ray Manzarek, founding keyboardist of The Doors, died Monday at age 74 at a medical clinic in Rosenheim, Germany, after a long battle with bile-duct cancer. At his side was his wife of 45 years, Dorothy, as well as his brothers, Rick and James Manczarek. Ray co-founded The Doors in Venice Beach, California in 1965 with singer and fellow UCLA film student Jim Morrison, and also with guitarist Robby Krieger and drummer John Densmore.
Barbara Walters' adopted daughter Jacqueline Danforth was arrested for alleged DUI in Naples, Florida, on Sunday, May 19th. She was released from custody on $1,000 bond. Jacqueline spent her teenage years getting into trouble and was known to hang out at Studio 54, where many users hung out. She abused drugs often and even ran away from home at one point.
Lindsay Lohan is being sued for $5 million by D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries, a clothing manufacturer that Lindsay struck a deal with in 2009. D.N.A.M. was given permission to manufacture clothes for Lindsay’s "6126" clothing line, but Lindsay claims D.N.A.M. cheated her out of a licensing fee. Lindsay sued for $1.1 million in damages. But D.N.A.M. is now suing Lindsay insisting she is the reason the sales never took off. Lindsay was back in rehab, had many legal problems, and D.N.A.M. claims Lindsay's "drug-addled image" destroyed 6126's reputation, rendering the clothing line completely unsellable. D.N.A.M. says it invested millions in 6126 for nothing, and now it's suing for breach of contract and fraud.
Michael Douglas says his wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones, has completed her current treatment for Bipolar II disorder and is heading home. Michael said, “She comes home tomorrow. She’s doing a really good job of getting balanced. I’m proud of her.” Catherine entered a treatment facility in April.
While Casper Smart was busy choreographing Jennifer Lopez’ “American Idol” moves back in LA, Jennifer was checking into the same hotel as ex-husband Marc Anthony. A source dished, “She previously stayed at The London, so it definitely seemed suspicious. The London is almost two miles closer to where the up fronts are, so it seemed like she was just staying at The Mark to be closer to Marc.”
CBS pulled Monday night’s season finale of “Mike & Molly” in light of the devastation caused by the deadly tornado that struck Oklahoma earlier yesterday afternoon. The episode dealt with a tornado hitting Chicago. A CBS spokesperson said, “Due to the tragic events this afternoon in Oklahoma, we are pre-empting tonight’s season finale of Mike & Molly, which has a related storyline.” The network aired a repeat in the time period. No air date for the finale was announced.
“Django Unchained” star Christophe Waltz was giving an interview to French reporters in Cannes when shots rang out. The crowd panicked, but police took care of the situation quickly. Police have reportedly apprehended a suspect, and it turns out it was actually blanks that were fired. At this point, the police do not have any idea as to what provoked the attack.
The pants worn by actor Mark Hamill in his portrayal of Luke Skywalker as a Jedi Knight in “Star Wars” are being sold at auction. At last check, the current high bid for the pants was $22,413. The auction company expects the pants to sell for as much as $100,000 when the auction ends May 21st. Mark once stated in an interview that the pants were actually “just bleached Levi’s with the tag still in them.” There you go – it’s a DIY version that is guaranteed to cost you a lot less than $100,000.
Former “TODAY” show co-host Ann Curry has been asked by NBC to secure the first television interview with Angelina Jolie after she stunned the world with the announcement that she’d secretly had a double mastectomy. Ann has interviewed Angelina numerous times over her career, and NBC is prepared to offer Angelina a two-hour, primetime special for the interview, along with airtime on “TODAY.” A spy on the inside said, “Ann would be prominently featured in all of the promotions and publicity if Angelina agreed to do it.” NBC must be sweating it out because “Angelina made it known after Ann was demoted from “TODAY” that the only journalist to interview her from the Peacock network would be Curry.” Things they should have thought of ahead of time…

Meanwhile, “The Hangover Part III” is slated to open in theaters May 23rd, just in time for Memorial Day weekend. George Michael was airlifted to a hospital last week after reportedly sustaining a head injury in a single-car accident in England but doctors say he's expected to be okay. Michael was a passenger in a Range Rover that crashed on the freeway. It's unclear exactly what caused the collision.

After Catelynn accused Farrah of being a bad role model and wasting money on plastic surgery, Farrah hit back on Catelynn’s weight. “Star Trek into Darkness” lit up the weekend box office and knocked “Iron Man 3” out of first place. J.J. Abrams' sequel to his 2009 “Star Trek” film has earned an estimated $84.1 million since it opened early Thursday. “Star Trek into Darkness” was the only movie to debut in wide release last week. After two weekends in the top spot, “Iron Man 3” slipped to second place, with $35.2 million.
***”SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE” SPOILER ALERT*** Bill Hader bade farewell to “Saturday Night Live” over the weekend with one final appearance from his signature character, Stefon. For the season finale, the "city correspondent" joined Seth Meyers and guest anchor and ex-SNL star Amy Poehler at the "Weekend Update" desk. Eventually Stefon declared that Seth does not respect him and that he was running away to marry someone who does. They discover him at the altar of a church with Anderson Cooper. It was basically a spoof of “The Graduate” – but with wedding guests like ALF, the Smurfs, and other random fictional characters.
For the second time in less than a year, Miley Cyrus has become a victim of swatting. Police responded to Miley's Los Angeles home on Friday night after receiving a 911 call from a woman falsely claiming that shots were fired in the home.

A source said, "Kristen has been in a terrible mood, and it was obvious that things were not great with Rob." Kristen did not attend a 27th-birthday celebration for Robert at his home on May 13th. Jeremy Renner may have lost his role Hawkeye in any Avengers sequel or spin-off. We heard he might be making a cameo in Captain America: Winter Soldier, but after he made a statement that angered Marvel execs, it seems he is now out of a job. During an interview while promoting the first “Avengers” film Jeremy stated: "For 90 percent of the movie, I'm not the character I signed on to play. It's kind of a vacancy. [He's] not even a bad guy, because there's not really a consciousness to him. To take away who that character is and just have him be this robot, essentially, and have him be this minion for evil that Loki uses ... I was limited, you know what I mean? I was a terminator in a way. Fun stunts. But is there any sort of emotional content or thought process? No."

“The Voice” has become a game of musical swivel chairs. Though Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green are expected to return to the NBC singing competition in the fall, the show isn't cutting ties with their replacements, Shakira and Usher. Christina and Cee Lo will indeed return to “The Voice” in the fall, but NBC is finalizing deals with Shakira and Usher to rejoin Adam Levine and Blake Shelton for the spring 2014 season. That would obviously mean that Christina and Cee Lo would go on hiatus again.
***SPOILER ALERT “AMERICAN IDOL” WINNER*** - Candice Glover, a 23-year-old singer from St. Helena Island, South Carolina, was crowned the Season 12 “American Idol” champion Thursday night. Candice defeated runner-up Kree Harrison to become the first female “American Idol” winner since 2007. Candice had been trying out for AI for the past three years, so this win was especially sweet for her. Another highlight of the night was former AI judge Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull performing their latest collaboration, "Live It Up," just before the results were announced.
***SPOILER ALERT “THE OFFICE” SERIES FINALE*** The NBC comedy The Office ended its nine-season run Thursday night with a 75-minute episode that was heavy on surprises, including the return of Steve Carell. The finale was set one year after the premiere of the TV documentary in which the employees of the Scranton, Pennsylvania, branch of the Dunder Mifflin Paper Company starred. We learned that many of the workers had moved on, some by choice - Stanley retired, Andy had become a viral sensation thanks to his miserable reality show audition - while others - Kevin and Toby - were fired. The entire crew came together for the wedding of Dwight and Angela. Their old boss, Steve Carell's Michael Scott, showed up at the last second to be Dwight's best man. Dwight remarked, "I can't believe you came." Michael responded, as only he can, with his signature catchphrase, "That's what she said."

Michael Lohan, the father of Lindsay Lohan, says he wants to break his daughter out of the 90-day rehab stint she's currently serving at the Betty Ford Center in California. He would have to get that approved by the courts because if Lindsay leaves the court mandated program, she reportedly gets fitted for an orange jumpsuit instead. Kirstie Alley, who returns to TV this fall, gave her opinion to Abercrombie & Fitch's CEO Mike Jeffries statement that he doesn't want larger people shopping in his store; he wants thin and beautiful people. She said, "That would make me never buy anything from Abercrombie. I've got two kids in that bracket, but they will never walk in those doors because of his view of people. Forget women, his view of just people.” Mike Jeffries was quoted as saying, "That's why we hire good-looking people in our stores. Bill Hader's final appearance as a cast member of “Saturday Night Live” will come this weekend. On top of his leaving, Fred Armisen is set to depart SNL, and Jason Sudeikis is rumored to be exiting the show as well. Fred is wrapping up his 11th season on SNL. He's also the star of the IFC comedy “Portlandia.” Jason, who's completing his eighth season on SNL, has an active movie career. The season finale of SNL will be hosted by Ben Affleck, with musical guest Kanye West.

Rihanna is suing U.K. fashion chain Topshop for $5 million for selling T-shirts bearing her image without her permission. A source revealed that Rihanna's team tried to negotiate with Topshop owners for eight months over the rights to the image without success and that her team "asked Topshop a number of times to stop selling her image." However, Topshop said they will continue selling the T-shirts. A source said, "[Topshop's owners] buy the pictures from a photographer, but they do not pay the artist licensing fees. Unfortunately, U.K. law does not protect the artist.”
Miley Cyrus suffered major make-up malfunction when attending Maxim's Hot 100 party to celebrate her new title as the magazine's hottest woman. Hitting Vanguard nightclub in Hollywood on Wednesday night, Miley was photographed with a visible white layer of white powder around her mouth and chin, making her look more like Santa than sexy.
Demi Moore is in a $10 million battle over Ashton Kutcher’s venture capital fund, which is valued at $100 million. Ashton owns 20% of the fund, and under California law, Demi should be entitled to half of his share, which $10 million.
Diddy’s bodyguard, who was driving Diddy’s $500,000 Maybach, was pulled over by L.A. police. Cops ordered the bodyguard and a passenger out, made them lay on the ground, and searched the car for guns and contraband. Apparently, someone dialed 911 and told police that the Diddy’s vehicle was filled with firearms, but nothing was found. They’ve taken swatting to a new level!
Catelynn Lowell had something to say about fellow “Teen Mom” star Farrah Abraham's tape. She tweeted, "All I have to say is she sounds like a dying horse!! U know who I'm talking about." “Angry Birds” is going from your tablet to the theaters. John Cohen, producer of “Despicable Me ,“ and David Maisel, executive producer of “Iron Man,” have both have signed on to produce. The 3D film is expected to be released July 1, 2016. Of course, by then, people will have moved on to the next popular app over and Angry Birds will just be some bed sheets in the clearance aisle at Walmart.

J.J. Abrams' follow-up to his 2009 “Star Trek” prequel opens nationwide today. In “Star Trek into Darkness,” the crew of the Enterprise is confronted with a new villain: someone from within their own organization. Captain Kirk is again played by Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto returns as Spock, Zoe Saldana as Uhur, KarlUrban as Bones, Simon Pegg as Scotty, Anton Yelchin as Chekov, and John Cho as Sulu.
“The Office” will close up shop tonight after nine seasons. The 75-minute final episode of The Office will begin at 9 p.m., following a one-hour retrospective. There is a rumor that Steve Carrell will be making a cameo.
The Power Rangers may not reunite after all. After Blue Power Ranger David Yost said no because the producers harassed him for being gay when he was on the show from 1993-1996, the Black Power Ranger said count him out too, in part out of respect for the Blue Ranger. Black Power Ranger Walter Jones added that he was treated badly as well. But sources close to the situation believe the two are holding out because the show isn't offering enough money to make up for the way producers treated them. Green Ranger Jason David Frank said he will do it while Red Ranger Austin St. John and Pink Ranger Amy Jo Johnson are maybe’s. Yellow Ranger Thuy Trang died in a car accident in 2001.
Jenelle Evans was arrested for possession of heroin and assault, and now she faces more than two years in jail if convicted of the felony charges. Her next court date is July 1st. Her husband, Courtland, remains in jail because he was on probation when he was arrested. He can’t afford the $50,00 bond. Jenelle, of course, has insisted that she is innocent of the charges, and according to a source, “Jenelle is going to fight these charges because she wasn’t responsible — Courtland was.” Of course, as an adult, she can’t be expected to be responsible for herself, right?
Child protective services have interviewed Brooke Mueller‘s current and former nannies who were responsible for caring for her twins with Charlie Sheen. They are building a case against her. The interviews were an attempt to “ascertain how much interaction Brooke had with the twins on a daily basis and how involved she was in their daily lives.” One source said Brooke frequently dumped her kids on the nannies. Brooke is currently in rehab for drug addiction.
After posting a suggestive Instagram photo, Selena Gomez said she was NOT dating Justin Bieber. Okay. Well, then why was she busted leaving Justin’s house on Tuesday? An obsessed Taylor Swift fan was arrested near Taylor’s Rhode Island beach home. Police spotted the 22-year-old male getting out of the ocean at about 2:20 AM, around 1 mile from Taylor's home. At the point when police found him, he was actually swimming back to where he came from (roughly 2 miles round trip in very cold water) because he was almost caught by Taylor’s security team. The man was arrested and booked for trespassing.

Angelina Jolie, who recently underwent a double mastectomy in February and reconstructive surgery in April, isn’t done yet. People magazine reports that Angelina is planning to undergo surgery to remove her ovaries. Because of her faulty BRCA1 gene, she still faces a high risk of developing ovarian cancer, which her doctors estimate at 50%. Ovarian cancer took the life of her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, back in 2007.
Angelina Jolie’s father, Jon Voight, found out about his daughter’s double mastectomy the way we all did - via online reports early Tuesday. Jon said, “I saw her two days ago with my, son Jamie. We all got together for his birthday, with her, and Brad. But I didn’t know. It wasn’t obvious at all. I found out (Tuesday) morning.” He added, “I was as surprised as anyone and deeply moved by the way she’s handled this.”
Shakira has confirmed that she will be leaving "The Voice" after only one season. Asked if she would return for the show's fifth installment, she said, "Not for next season, for sure. I have to get back to my baby, give him some love and dedicate some time to him and also to my new album that I'm working on." Denise already gets $55,000 a month from Charlie in child support for their two daughters together, Sam, 9, and Lola, 7 (Denise also has an adopted daughter who is two). Charlie reportedly offered her more money for caring for the twins, and Denise turned him down. Meanwhile, Brooke is squandering the $55,000 a month she makes from Charlie, has no money saved at all, and is afraid that her child support will get cut off now that Denise has temporary custody. She tried to strip guardianship from Denise and give it to her brother so that she can still draw checks from Charlie but the judge upheld the ruling that Denise has temporary guardianship.
Amanda Bynes made a pretty shocking confession on Twitter recently, claiming that she's hooked up with fellow Nickelodeon star Drake Bell on multiple occasions while filming “The Amanda Show.” Both were very young when that show was on. Amanda quickly deleted it after a fan brought it to her attention, then she denied that she ever actually wrote it in the first place claiming it was an imposter.
Kristen Stewart's mother, Jules, got a restraining order against her 61-year-old neighbor. The neighbor came onto Jules’ property verbally attacked her about her pet wolves shouting that they "belong in the mountains of Montana." After the incident, the neighbor allegedly began harassing Jules by making "howling sounds, growls, chirps and other weird noises" which provoked the wolves. Clearly, the neighbor is not Team Jacob or Team Stewart for that matter.
ABC is making a drastic change to “Dancing with the Stars” for next fall. The network announced that it will no longer air the show two nights per week. Instead, it is folding the “Dancing with the Stars” results show into the competition's performance show as part of a two-hour block on Monday nights. ABC has traditionally aired a one-hour “Dancing with the Stars” results show on Tuesdays, one day after the performance show. ABC Entertainment President Paul Lee explained the decision to reporters, "We think that by taking the results show and building it in to the two-hour block, from 8 to 10 on Monday night, we can really build a sense of occasion to that and drive viewership to Monday night." Not only that, but the downsizing of “Dancing with the Stars” also helps make room on Tuesdays for ABC's most-hyped new series, “Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” from “The Avengers” director Joss Whedon, who also directed the TV series “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.”

Bill Hader will be gracing the “Saturday Night Live” stage this weekend for the last time. Bill confirmed his departure from the show and explained, “It was a hard decision, but it has to happen at some point... It got to a point where I said, ‘Maybe it’s just time to go.’” Bill is famous for his role as “Weekend Update” city correspondent, Stefon, as well as the impersonations of James Carville, Al Pacino, and Julian Assange. Angie Everhart has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer however the prognosis is very good. Angie is focused on a quick recovery so she can "be back to work and to mommy duties" in the next few weeks to 4-year-old Kayden. Thyroid cancer is an uncommon type of cancer. Most people who have it do very well, because the cancer is usually found early and the treatments work well. Sofia Vergara and the host of "Dancing with the Stars," Brooke Burke-Charvet, were among those who underwent surgery for similar type of cancer.
Rap mogul Dr. Dre and record producer Jimmy Iovine have made a $70M donation to create an academy at University of Southern California. The “Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy for Arts, Technology and the Business of Innovation” provides a four-year program for undergraduates who have keen interests in arts and business training. The first class of 25 students will enter in fall 2014. Full scholarships are available to financially-disadvantage student to help them "go on to do something that could potentially change the world." I guess sales of “Beats by Dr. Dre” are going well.
Brad Pitt has made a statement of his own following his fiancée Angelina Jolie's statement about her double mastectomy. Brad said, “Having witnessed this decision firsthand, I find Angie’s choice, as well as so many others like her, absolutely heroic. I thank our medical team for their care and focus. All I want for is for her to have a long and healthy life, with myself and our children. This is a happy day for our family.”
Cee Lo Green is in advanced negotiations to return to Season 5 of “The Voice” alongside Christina Aguilera. When asked why he chose to come back to TV as a series regular, Michael explained that he couldn't come up with a good reason not to. Awesome!

Angelina Jolie, whose mother died of cancer at the age of 56, wrote an essay for the “New York Times” talking about her decision to have a preventive double mastectomy after finding out she was a carrier of the BRCA1 gene, putting her at high risk for breast and ovarian cancer. Angeline wrote, “Once I knew that this was my reality, I decided to be proactive and to minimize the risk as much I could. I made a decision to have a preventive double mastectomy... On April 27, I finished the three months of medical procedures that the mastectomies involved. During that time I have been able to keep this private and to carry on with my work.” She also said, "I can tell my children that they don’t need to fear they will lose me to breast cancer.”

Famed psychologist Joyce Brothers died Monday at her home in Fort Lee, New Jersey. She was 85. The first television program on which she regularly dispensed advice, “The Dr. Joyce Brothers Show,” was launched in the late 1950s. Dr. Brothers had a long-running column in “Good Housekeeping” magazine, and she was featured in newspapers nationwide. Dr. Brothers also made a name for herself in the mid-'50s, when she won the top prize on “The $64,000 Question.”

Fox has announced that “24,” starring Keifer Sutherland as agent Jack Bauer, will be returning to the network in 2014, mostly likely in May. The stars of “The Real Housewives of New York” have ended their salary dispute with Bravo. Ramona Singer, Carole Radziwill, LuAnn de Lesseps, Heather Thomson, Sonja Morgan and Aviva Drescher all signed their contracts with the cable channel on Sunday. It’s believed the ladies accepted the modest pay raises Bravo offered them and that the network did throw in a few extra perks, like covering additional hair and makeup for the cast. The housewives originally asked to have the weekend to decide, but opted to take the offer on Saturday. The ladies held up production, which was scheduled to begin last week, and threatened to leave the show if they didn’t get big raises.
“TODAY” show co-host Savannah Guthrie is engaged to marry her boyfriend of four years, Michael Feldman, who proposed over this Mother's Day weekend. This will be Savannah’s second marriage. Savannah said of the engagement, "Our families basically have been in-laws for years. They've just been waiting for us to catch up."

The doctor found he had low blood pressure, and the medical team decided to pull him out of the game. John Cochran, originally from "Survivor: South Pacific," was unanimously voted to be the Sole Survivor. John took home the $1 million prize and became the second ever contestant to have played a "perfect game", meaning he got no votes cast against him and a unanimous jury vote.
O.J. Simpson will head back to court room today to try to have his sentence reversed and get a new trial for the 2008 confrontation with sports memorabilia dealers. O.J. was accused of leading a group of people at the Palace Station hotel to use force, threats, and guns to take back his properties from two dealers. He is currently in his fourth year of his 33-year sentence and will be eligible for parole in 2017.
Barbara Walters has announced her retirement. The veteran broadcaster and co-host of “The View” will leave TV journalism in summer 2014. Barbara has worked for ABC for the past 4 ½ decades.
Michael Lohan paid his ex-wife, Dina Lohan, $30,422 in back child support. Dina went to court last month, asking a judge to hold Michael in contempt, but Michael cut the check just in time. Shonda said, "When we leave the season, we're definitely going to be worried about one of our own. I don't think that anything can match the brutality of last year's finale for me….I don't think we're going to match that but for a lot of our characters, it's much more emotional. There's a lot of emotional death." Last season's finale episode included a plane crash that eventually led to the deaths of some main characters. Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) are currently expecting their first child together, and Shonda said, "I've said before that Meredith is basically giving birth in the last-worst situation you'd want to be giving birth. It’s hosted by Vogue magazine. Well, Kanye was performing at this year's ball, and he brought Kim. How did Anna handle it? She had Kim cropped out of every photo. Kim may have been ignored by Anna, but she got some attention from Robin Williams, who tweeted, “I think I wore it better” along with a photo of himself wearing a similar dress from his film “Mrs. Doubtfire” next to a picture of Kim in her all-floral Givenchy design.

A construction worker was injured at Steven Tyler's Los Angeles home Thursday after falling from scaffolding. The worker was airlifted to a hospital and is said to be in "bad shape."
Steven’s home has been under construction for several months. He was overseas at the time of the accident.
“Parks and Recreation” star Amy Poehler is dating Nick Kroll, the creator and star of Comedy Central’s “Kroll Show!” Amy split from actor Will Arnett, her husband of nine years, last September. Nick is the first man Amy has dated since the split. They also work together as Nick has a recurring role on “Parks and Recreation.”
Gwyneth Paltrow is embroiled in scandal. Call it "Gate-gate." A neighbor of Gwyneth’s in her Los Angeles community has filed a complaint over a gate on her and husband Chris Martin’s property. The gate is nine feet high - three feet higher than legally permitted in L.A. If the city finds the gate to be in violation of the law, Gwyneth must resolve the issue within 45 days or face fines of more than $900.

The Costume Institute Gala, known as the Met Ball, is an annual ball that celebrates the annual opening of the Metropolitan Museum’s fashion exhibit at the Costume Institute. It’s hosted by Vogue magazine. Well, Kanye was performing at this year's ball, and he brought Kim. How did Anna handle it? She had Kim cropped out of every photo. Kim may have been ignored by Anna, but she got some attention from Robin Williams, who tweeted, “I think I wore it better” along with a photo of himself wearing a similar dress from his film “Mrs. Doubtfire” next to a picture of Kim in her all-floral Givenchy design.
Suri Cruise is only seven years old, but she already has a $2.3 million deal for a clothing line, appropriately named “Suri.” The fashion line is expected to include dresses, tops, jeans, shoes and accessories. A source said Suri is “incredibly interested in clothes” and added, “This is a nice hobby for her, it’s certainly not going to take over her life. Most girls dream of being able to make their own clothes. This just means her drawings will now become a reality.” Suri will get help from her mom and fashion stylist Jeanne Yang. The brand should be in U.S. stores by next year.
Amanda Bynes has resolved a suspended license case that dates back to last year. Her attorney entered a no-contest plea on her behalf to a charge of driving with a suspended license. As part of the plea deal, Amanda was sentenced to three years' probation. She was also fined $1,400. Amanda previously pleaded not guilty to driving while on a suspended license following an incident last September in which she was pulled over and her car was impounded. Last December, Amanda reached settlements in two hit-and-run cases.
