A judge had ordered Tom Cruise to pay half of the attorney fees involved in his libel suit against two tabloids, In Touch and Life & Style magazines. The court stated the “defendants’ litigation team billed a total of 165.2 hours on this motion.” I don’t think he can apply a coupon either.
Kelly Clarkson, who is pregnant with her first child, shared a little bit about her experience as an expectant mom. She said of her first term, “I vomit a good dozen times a day; its, like, bad. Like, I vomited before coming out here, and I had a peppermint so you didn’t know. Ya, like I’m not even kidding it’s so bad. It’s so bad. I know, it’s like so gross. And that’s the thing too - you’re not attractive when you’re pregnant. Like, everybody tells you, ‘You glow and you’re hair is pretty and you’re nails are pretty.’ That is total crap. My nails are short, my hair still falls out like it’s not all lush and beautiful and I have no glow. Unless it’s like something left over from a bad throw up. It’s horrible. I’m done talking. I’m sorry.”

Gwyneth Paltrow boycotted Vanity Fair, and asked her A-list celebrity pals to do the same after finding out the magazine was planning a scathing take-down piece on her. But it must have worked because according to a source, “Whatever they wind up publishing, it’s going to be soft. Gwyneth’s campaign against the Vanity Fair article has apparently worked, and she’s not as worried as she was three weeks ago. But the article is still coming out and she still refuses to participate in it.” It was rumored that the article might include details on a possible infidelity with billionaire Miami hotelier Jeff Sofer.

Speaking of bad guys…California police have arrested an 18-year-old for stealing of a piece of the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT that crashed in Santa Clarita on Saturday, killing “Fast and the Furious” star Paul Walker and his friend, Roger Rodas. The guy was tailing the tow truck that was carrying the remains of the car. When the truck stopped for a traffic light, one suspect jumped out of the car and "grabbed a piece of the wrecked Porsche off the tow truck bed" before the pair drove off. It was easy to catch the guy since the dope posted a pic on his Instagram account on himself holding up the red roof panel, along with the caption, "Piece of Paul walkers car, took it off a tow truck at a stop light @anthonyjanow #paulwalker #rip #comeup." His bail was set at $20,000. He's expected to face charges of felony grand theft and tampering with evidence. I’m not sure if he could be charged with stupidity, ignorance, and insensitivity, but hey, it’s worth a shot.

Vincent Chase, a Hollywood acting coach, isn’t happy that “Entourage” uses his name for the character played by Adrian Grenier in the HBO comedy. He also says he complained to producers when the 2004-2011 series was on the air, but saw no results then.
The Beastie Boys have filed a lawsuit over the use of their song "Girls" in a GoldieBlox ad. The surviving members of the band, Mike D and Ad-Rock, said in a statement, "Like many of the millions of people who have seen your toy commercial 'GoldieBlox, Rube Goldberg & the Beastie Boys,' we were very impressed by the creativity and the message behind your ad. We strongly support empowering young girls, breaking down gender stereotypes and igniting a passion for technology and engineering. As creative as it is, make no mistake, your video is an advertisement that is designed to sell a product, and long ago, we made a conscious decision not to permit our music and/or name to be used in product ads. When we tried to simply ask how and why our song 'Girls' had been used in your ad without our permission, YOU sued US." GoldieBlox has since filed a court document seeking protection from legal action, claiming that "the Beastie Boys have now threatened GoldieBlox with copyright infringement." The company insisted the video is a parody that does not infringe on copyrights and is protected by the Fair Use Doctrine.

Okay, so for every like four or five bad things Justin Bieber does, he throws in a good deed too. A Melbourne teenager, Kate O’Neill, saved up for 18 months so she could go to every one of Justin’s concerts in Australia, but then she was in devastating car accident in the weeks before the show, which resulted in four broken ribs, a fractured spine in three places, internal bleeding and lacerations to her kidney and liver. To help her recover, her friends organized a Twitter campaign to get Justin to visit her. Justin ended up bussing her and her friends to a secret location for a special private concert. She also got a kiss, and he dedicated the entire show to her.

A source dished, "Kanye has never been married and wants a big [wedding]. They are not working with a budget."

Natalie said, "It was for reshoots [after the film was finished] and he was working in Hong Kong and I couldn't get there because I was working on my own film.” The scene was made to look genuine with the help of a wig, costume, and trick camera angles so viewers would not notice the different face. Chris felt it actually helped the movie explaining, "And so they put his wife in my wig and costume - that's why it was so passionate.” Natalie even said, "It was such a perfect solution, wasn't it?"
Beyonce and her husband Jay Z are going vegan for 22 days, starting yesterday. There’s something spiritual to me about it being my 44th birthday and the serendipity behind the number of days in this challenge; 22 (2+2=4) coupled with the fact that the challenge ends on Christmas day…It just feels right!” That means just in time for Christmas ham! Jay Z started the challenge the day before his birthday so I hope Beyonce ordered a vegan cake.

Justin Bieber showed up over an hour late to his Auckland concert last week, 70 minutes to be exact. That meant the concert on Monday night let out at 11 p.m. It was Monday night, a school night. I don’t know how school nights work in Canada, but in the rest of the world, that’s pretty late for kids.
A coffee shop chain in Los Angeles is in hot water after one of its locations set up jars on a counter encouraging customers to use money to vote for their favorite Paul Walker movie. Joe Jonas has been blasted by fellow former Disney star Dylan Sprouse following his statement about the company's treatment in a tell-all piece published on Vulture two days ago. Dylan, who is best known for his sitcom "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody", took to Tumblr on Monday to deny that the company had robbed them of "creativity." Previously, Joe said that Disney put "incredible pressure" on him as well as his brothers Kevin Jonas and Nick Jonas. He said, "I had to shave every day because they wanted me to pretend like I was 16 when I was 20…. We went along with it at the time, because we thought Disney was our only real shot, and we were terrified that it could all be taken away from us at any moment." Dylan said to that, “If they wanted to, they could have told Disney 'NO.' Cole and I did this hundreds of times and we ended up all right. The only reason they didn't is because, like many of the people on that channel, I think they fell for the allure of fame.”

Was Lindsay Lohan starting a trend when she posted a pic of her lying in a bed topless? Cindy Crawford goes topless while resting her head on a dog for a feature in V magazine’s Winter issue, while Lady Gaga goes full frontal on the winter 2013-2014 cover of Candy, a self-described “transversal style magazine.” For the publication’s seventh issue, Lady Gaga sports a mustache and wears a fur coat that hangs off her body enough to reveal a scorpion painted on her left breast while also exposing her privates.
But the best of the bunch has to be “The X Files” star Gillian Anderson. PETA ain’t got nothin’ on a charity called Fishlove, who is copying PETA by using naked celebrities to spread the word on their cause. Fishlove, which believe it or not is an okay term to Google, is trying to raise awareness for overfishing. So naturally, draping an eel over a naked Gillian Anderson accomplishes that.

The episode aired just two days after “The Fast and the Furious” star Paul Walker died in a car crash. As the puzzle was solved, a crawl flashed across the screen informing viewers the episode had been taped weeks earlier.

Not exactly; five people in nearby Tenerife were killed by flash flooding.

Kim Fields, who played Dorothy "Tootie" Ramsey on "The Facts of Life", has welcomed her second child with husband Christopher Morgan. The baby boy arrived on Tuesday weighing in at 8 lbs., 8 oz. They named him Quincy Xavier. He joins 6-year-old Sebastian Alexander. After experiencing two miscarriages, Kim didn’t even think she would get pregnant. She explained, “Our son got sick with a stomach virus and I caught it. Chris said, 'No, babe, you're a little sicker than Sebastian. You need to go and get that checked out' and I said, 'Okay.' They tested me and said, 'Oh honey, you're not dehydrated. You're two months pregnant.’" Well, I guess she’s not as familiar with the facts of life as she should be.

Justin Bieber’s bodyguards took away an Australian surfer’s cell phone because he was taking photos of Justin’s surfing lesson in Byron Bay. The surfer explained, "When I was on my way back in, Justin Bieber and his entourage showed up. I simply thought I would take a few pictures for Instagram, but one of his bodyguards told me to delete the images. I told him to mind his own business, then another big bodyguard came up to me and assaulted me by wrestling my phone out of my hands. He took it and deleted my photos. Some other local surfers saw what happened and came to help me until I got my phone back.”
Jon Voight puts a lot of thought into the gifts he picks out for his grandkids, the children of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. Jon said, “I spent three hours in FAO Schwartz yesterday, just looking around, just to sniff it out, to say ‘what about this? What about this? If I get one for this, then …’ That’s the kind of guy I am. I love that place. It’s a place of my early years.” He even got some input from the experts. Jon added, “I love kids. I love being with them. When I go to FAO Schwartz, I enjoy talking to kids. ‘What do you think? You think you like that thing?’ You find out the experts are the kids. ‘I like this one.’ ‘Oh, OK, why?’ ‘’Cause it spins.’ ‘Oh, OK, I got it.’ I get a lesson.” So the next time you see Jon Voight hanging around your kids at the toy store, it’s cool…. It’s all in the name of research.
“Fifty Shades of Grey” producers announced they are filming two different versions of the film – one rated NC-17 and one rated R. One of the producers said, "What we’re kind of hearing from the fans is they want it dirty... they want it as close as possible [to the book.] I always thought it would be really cool if we released the R version and then we had an NC-17 version that we released a few weeks later. Everybody could go and enjoy the R version, and then if they really wanted to see it again and get a little bit more gritty with it then have that NC-17 version out there as well. That is my idea, but the fans and the studio [Universal Pictures] will benefit from the double dip. We do not want this film to be seen as mommy porn - we want to keep it elevated but also give the fans what they want."
Lindsay Lohan posted a selfie of herself on Instagram, and well, it looks like she forgot something! The racy photo shows Lindsay lying seductively in a bed, and it looks like she forgot her top!

Jessica, who said Taylor just does not have what it takes to walk the runway, has not been invited to walk the Victoria’s Secret catwalk next year and will not be in upcoming catalogs for the brand. It’s unfortunate because it’s hard to get work after getting fired as a model. What do you put on your resume; “I can walk and look good doing it.”
The sports car Paul Walker died in was so difficult to handle that Porsche sent a written warning to its dealers right before the $500,000 Carrera GT. According to Porsche, "You need to be aware of what type of road surface you are on (dips; pot holes, seam heights, etc.)" The road the car crashed on is covered with reflective dots, which you wouldn’t think much of, however Porsche also noted the car couldn’t even run ocer a beer car on its side without causing problems and damage. So far, police have only said speed was a factor. According to Porsche, the GT is pretty much the closest thing to a real racecar, but they did note, "This car has all the disadvantages of a racecar."
Charlie Sheen is furious with two of his former angels (girlfriends) and hopes they "fatally choke on a Vons can of pressed turkey." Jayme Langford and Jana Jordan, two of the three "angels," carried out a scheme to run up his credit card bill. He was furious when he found out and had a whole lot to say about it, but the only safe thing we can repeat is that he said they're worse than "the cancer known as Brooke [Mueller]."

Perfectionist Kanye West suddenly halted his show in Tampa, Florida over the weekend after things didn't go according to his plan. He was just a few seconds into the third song when he demanded that the music be stopped as he stormed off stage. The lighting was apparently wrong, which lead to Kanye demanding all the lights to be shut off "now" before launching some expletives to the technical crew. Some poor lady named "Laura" forgot to turn on the "deep voice" effect on his mic so he called her out in front of more than 7,000 fans. Kanye also wasn't pleased when his face appeared in color rather than black and white on the giant LED screen that hung center stage. Kanye was gone for only five minutes before returning to as if nothing had happened.
The exotic sports car in which Paul Walker violently died may have crashed as a result of mechanical failure, possibly a steering fluid leak, according to sources closely tied to the auto shop where the vehicle was stored and maintained. Sources connected to Always Evolving, the shop co-owned by Paul and Roger Rodas, say they saw evidence of a fluid burst and subsequent fluid trail before the skid marks at the accident scene and a noticeable absence of skid marks until just before the point of impact. They say if Roger had lost control the skid marks would show swerving, but instead the marks were in a straight line which would indicate the driver didn't have steering control. Also suspicious is the fire spreading so quickly in the front of the car. The sources say flames would be expected in the rear where the engine is, but fire in the front reinforces their theory of a fluid leak of some sort.
Paul Walker’s death has brought to light some of the good deeds he has done over the years. Aside from hosting a charity event on the day of his tragic death, a touching story involving Paul that happened nearly a decade ago has surfaced. Paul noticed a young U.S. military veteran shopping with his fiance for a wedding ring in a Santa Barbara jewelry store. The salesperson at the jewelery store said, "The groom was just back from duty in Iraq, and he was going to be deployed again soon and wanted to buy a wedding ring, but he said he just could not afford it.” She added that Paul, who noticed the couple, called the manager over and said, “Put that girl's ring on my tab.”

Lindsey Vonn took to the slopes on Thanksgiving, just nine days after reinjuring her knee in Colorado. She posted a pic of herself in Vail captioned, "I went skiing today!" There were concerns that she wouldn't be able to compete at the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, in February after her latest injury. But Lindsay wrote, "I'm confident it's going to be okay.” I’d be more confident if she wrapped herself in layers of bubble wrap but that’s just the mom in me.
Speed was a factor in the crash and death of “Fast & Furious” actor Paul Walker, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office. Actor Paul Walker, who shot to fame as the star of the "Fast & Furious" franchise, died in a fiery car crash in Southern California on Saturday. He was 40. Paul was the passenger in a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, driven by a racing team partner, that slammed into a light pole and burst into flames. The car is a notoriously difficult vehicle to handle, even for professional drivers. Paul’s career began at the age of two when he starred in a Pampers commercial, and then with parts in shows such as "Highway to Heaven," "Touched by an Angel," and “Who’s the Boss?” At the time of his death, he was working on the seventh film of the “Fast & Furious” franchise, due out next year.

After that initial suspension, Alec issued an apology on MSNBC's website, writing, "I did not intend to hurt or offend anyone with my choice of words, but clearly I have -- and for that I am deeply sorry. ...What I said and did this week, as I was trying to protect my family, was offensive and unacceptable." Tori didn’t think making comments about a chance encounter with Katie Holmes would cause such a ruckus. She just grew very anxious about having to defend her actions in the book in media interviews and decided that she needed to go to the hospital.” Tori branded Katie Holmes “a plastic robot ‘who can’t sing for s***t.’” The comment was made in relevance to a low point in Katie’s life, making it look like a total low-blow from Tori.

I am the one who says yes or no, not you.’ I said, ‘In that case since you almost hit my photographer and you are not polite — out! I am not giving you the privilege of having you on my tour.’ I said Beyoncé was stupid and I left.”

He added a witty and sophisticated element to the show. ‘Family Guy’ and Fox Broadcasting will lose viewers if Brian Griffin is not brought back to the show." He adds, "The writers of ‘Family Guy ‘didn't just kill off one of their creations, they killed off the dog who has lived in our homes for the last 15 years. They killed the dog we all have come to love. They killed America's dog!" As of early Tuesday morning, the petition had garnered more than 25,000 supporters. Brian had been a member of the Griffin family throughout the entire 11-season-plus run. He was replaced during Sunday's episode by a new dog, Vinny, voiced by “The Sopranos” actor Tony Sirico.

She explained it was only through the surgery that her doctor found a second, previously undetected malignancy. She explained, "I got very lucky. No MRI, no mammogram, no sonogram had found it.” It was also discovered that the cancer had spread to her sentinel lymph node "but not beyond, so I will have more treatments ahead of me, but none that will take me out of work. My prognosis is good." Amy said she’s looking forward to being back at work on “Good Morning America” on December 2nd.

Justin Bieber ticked off a lot of fans in Auckland on Friday. Justin decided to do some skateboarding before his concert, but the problem is he ended up being over an hour late to the show. On top of that, once he did show up, he lip-synched the whole thing. Some fans paid up to $360 to see Justin sing “live.” One woman, who took her 9-year-old son to the show, ended up leaving early, and her son said that he was deleting all of Justin’s songs and burning the shirt he had just bought. Hey now, let’s not do anything rash here – that shirt probably cost your mom $60.
***SPOILER ALERT “FAMILY GUY”*** “Family Guy” character Brian has been killed off in the animated series. In last night's episode, “Life of Brian,” the talking dog, voiced by creator Seth MacFarlane, was hit by a car and killed. Stewie Griffin could have used his time machine to change Brian's fate, but dismantled it earlier in the episode and was unable to find replacement parts. As a result, the Griffin family bid farewell to Brian and decided to buy a new dog called Vinny, a rougher canine companion voiced by former “Sopranos” actor Tony Sirico. Executive producer Steve Callaghan said the decision to kill off Brian was discussed with writers as "a fun way to shake things up" explaining "As soon as this idea came up, we started talking about what the next couple episodes could be and we got very excited about the way this change will affect the family dynamics and the characters.” That’s great that they can see death as so fun and exciting. Hopefully the fans understand.
Taylor Swift was the big winner at the American Music Awards, but not the only winner. The night's other big winner was Justin Timberlake, who took home three trophies: Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist, Favorite Soul/R&B Male Artist and Favorite Soul/R&B Album.

Charlie Sheen is hawking his old stuff for a good cause; he’s just fronting cold, hard cash. While other celebs are organizing auctions (some more generous than others), Charlie has contributed to Philippine typhoon relief efforts by making a $25,000 donation to People's Recovery Empowerment Development Assistance (Preda) Foundation to be used to find children who went missing during the typhoon. The donation will also be used to provide shelters and foods to the victims.
Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber have been named two of the "25 least influential people of 2013" according to GQ. Miley is being chastised for her provocative ways while Justin is called out for his penchant of making trouble in public. The top-ranking celebrity on the list is basketball player-turned-Celebrity Apprentice contestant-turned "diplomat" Dennis Rodman, who's visited North Korea and befriended dictator Kim Jong-un. Paula Deen, Will Smith and his family, Lady Gaga, and Ryan Reynolds also made the cut. Quick Miley, you need more cute kittens or you’ll never turn your image around!
Taylor Swift didn't perform on Sunday night's American Music Awards, which aired live on ABC from Los Angeles, but she probably wouldn't have had time, since she spent the whole night going up to the podium and accepting awards. Taylor brought home four trophies at the ceremony, including the prestigious Artist of the Year award, for a record third time. All in all, she's now won 14 American Music Awards.

The second film in the popular series earned an estimated $161.1 million from Thursday night through Sunday, a record opening for the month of November. The old mark was held by the “Twilight” sequel “New Moon,” which raised nearly $143 million in its debut weekend in 2009. “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” had the second-biggest debut weekend of the year, trailing only “Iron Man 3,” which scored $174 million back in May. It did outperform the original “Hunger Games” film, which collected $152.5 million in its opening weekend last year. “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” also made $146.6 million internationally over the weekend.

Victoria Beckham donated a good chunk of shoes and clothes to the British Red Cross in order to raise funds to aid victims of the Phillipines’ devastating Typhoon Haiyan with 100% of the proceeds going to the cause. Kim Kardashian is selling off some of her clothes for the same cause, but with only a "percentage" of the proceeds helping out, 10% to be exact. Kim has been ridiculed by some on Twitter for donating what they consider to be a small amount, given her wealth.
