The star of Black Swan is the golden goose of Hollywood. Natalie Portman tops a new Forbes list of "Hollywood's Best Actors for the Buck." Forbes compiled its list based on salaries, budget estimates and box office grosses for the actors' three most recent films that opened in more than $2,000 theaters. Movies in which the actors did not have a leading role were excluded, as were animated films. Forbes ranked Natalie in the number-one thanks to “Black Swan”, “No Strings Attached” and “Your Highness”. Given the popularity of the Twilight franchise, it's no surprise that three of its stars are represented in Forbes' top 10: Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.  Here are the top 10 actors on Forbes' list:

1.  Natalie Portman: returns $42.70 for every $1 paid.
2. Kristen Stewart: returns $40.60 for every $1 paid.
3. Shia LaBeouf: returns $35.80 for every $1 paid.
4. Robert Pattinson: returns $31.70 for every $1 paid.
5. Daniel Radcliffe: returns $30.50 for every $1 paid.
6. Taylor Lautner: returns $29.50 for every $1 paid.
7. Bradley Cooper: returns $25 for every $1 paid.
8. Dwayne Johnson: returns $22.70 for every $1 paid.
9. Amy Adams: returns $22.60 for every $1 paid.
10. Kevin James: returns $22.40 for every $1 paid.

"Glee" creator Ryan Murphy is and his husband, David Miller, announced the birth of their first child, a baby boy named Logan Phineas Miller Murphy.  Logan was born the morning of Christmas Eve at 9:47 A.M. He weighed in at 6.6 pounds and measured 21 inches. The proud parents sent friends a photo of Logan lying inside a Christmas stocking.  Ryan and David had been dating for two years before they secretly exchanged vows on Fourth of July this year in a ceremony in Provincetown, MA.

Tom Cruise reportedly has moved on from Katie Holmes with a 26-year-old restaurant manager named Cynthia Jorge. They were reportedly going to town on the dance floor of a night club, just two days after she slipped her number to him while he was eating at the restaurant where she works.

“Grey's Anatomy” star Patrick Dempsey, who plays Dr. Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd on the show, is leading a group that's hoping to buy the Seattle-based coffeehouse chain Tully’s Coffee, which has filed for bankruptcy and employs about 500 people.  Patrick said, "I’m excited about the opportunity to save hundreds of jobs, give back to Seattle and become a larger part of the economic growth and fabric of the community."  Patrick’s character on Grey's Anatomy works at the fictional Seattle Grace Hospital.  A bankruptcy court hearing will be held in Seattle next month.  If McDreamy is serving, count me in for a dozen cups of java a day.
