Kelly Clarkson and her boyfriend, Brandon Blackstock, son of her manager, Narvel Blackstock and step son of Reba McIntyre, are engaged! The two have been dating for about ten months.  Kelly tweeted a photo of the gigantic ring, a yellow canary diamond surrounded by smaller diamonds.  No wedding date has been announced yet. This will be Kelly's first trip down the aisle, and Brandon's second; he has two kids from a previous marriage.  This will also make Kelly the step-daughter-in-law of country star Reba McEntire, Kelly’s idol. 

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton fainted and suffered a concussion this past week. The State Department issued a statement explaining that Hillary is currently recovering at home with the help of her doctors after a case of extreme dehydration from a stomach virus caused her to pass out. Hillary is under strict medical orders to work from home next week but will remain in constant contact with her department officials at all times.

Lindsay Lohan is finally admitting that her life is out of control, but she's blaming it on others, saying she has again hooked up with a bad group of people and had run-ins with "opportunists" who have tried to provoke her.  Lindsay still denies that she has a problem with drugs or alcohol. Lindsay believes her real problem is that she never stuck with counseling, but thinks regular appointments with a professional could help her.  It’s interesting how the timing of her epiphany comes within weeks of her upcoming sentencing. 

Most girls would do anything for a piece of Justin Bieber, whether it be a hug, an autograph, or a picture.  Well, Justin gave one lucky fan – his hamster.  Justin was greeting a group of screaming fans when he decided to hand one of them his pet hamster PAC. He passed PAC’s cage to a Victoria McClure of Albertville, Alabama and told her, “You gotta take care of PAC!” She promised, “I swear I’ll take care of him!”  That’s an interesting concert souvenir.

After five days in rehab for her Adderrall addiction, Brooke Mueller will return home for the holidays.  So, this being her 19th stay in rehab, it only took 5 days to cure her?  Interesting enough, some are questioning if she should still have custody of her and Charlie Sheen’s twin boys.

SI and VS model Marissa Miller and her husband, music producer Griffin Guess, have welcomed their first child together.  The couple named their baby son, who was born on Thursday, December 13th, Gavin Lee Guess. Marissa said, "I'm completely overjoyed by the birth of our son. I feel so blessed to be a mom and am so excited to experience this next part of life."  In related news, Marissa is already runway ready for the next VS fashion show.  Kidding  - give her a couple weeks.
