Just hours after photos hit the web that appear to show Justin Bieber smoking something, Justin wrote the following message to his 32.5 million Twitter followers:  "i see all of u. i hear all of u. i never want to let any of you down. i love u. and..thank u. ?#beliebers?"  He then tweeted, "like i said...2013...new challenges. new doubters...Im ready. We are ready. see u all tomorrow and everyday after that."  Sounds like change is on the way.

Thomas Gibson, best known for his roles on "Criminal Minds" and "Dharma & Greg", has been arrested for DUI after he tried to drive through a part of town that had been sectioned off for a marathon.  Even though the race had already passed through the area, (the race started at 9pm) the barriers were still up. Gibson was stopped and told he couldn't drive through ... but he proceeded to anyway. Police eventually stopped Gibson and detected an odor of alcohol. Gibson refused to take a breathalyzer test and was then arrested. His bail is set at $15,000.

Lindsay Lohan is heading to court this morning. She will make an appearance in connection with a third-degree assault charge for allegedly punching a woman during a dispute at a nightclub in November.

Josh Brolinwas arrested just before midnight on January 1^st in Santa Monica, California for public intoxication. He spent about four hours in jail before he was released.  Josh wasn't given a citation for his arrest, which is good for him since he probably has a lot of promotion to do for his new movie, Gangster Squad, opening this Friday.

Just before Christmas, “The Real Housewives of New York City” star Bethenny Frankel announced that she'd separated from her husband of two years, Jason Hoppy. She has since filed for divorce, Bethenny and Jason have a two-year-old daughter named Bryn. This was her second marriage.
