Tom Arnold and wife Ashley Groussman are expecting their first child, a boy. Tom said, “I didn’t think it was in the cards for me, I’ll be honest, and so I was completely shocked. It’s a miracle.” Tom explained he has had fertility struggles in the past, which affected his first three marriages. But after undergoing rounds of in vitro, the couple found out they were expecting. Ashley, 37, is now seven months along.
"Zoey 101" star Matthew Underwood (Logan) will not go to jail even though he committed five probation violations. Matthew’s probation officer asked the judge to lock Matthew up for 180 days after he allegedly failed a drug test and blew off most of the terms of his probation, stemming from a drug arrest back in 2012. But Friday, the judge dismissed the charges after Matthew showed proof he completed the conditions of his probation and even stayed clean through a pre-trial supervision period. Matthew is still on probation for another four months.
Bono has become the inspiration behind the name of a new species of spider. Biologist Jason Bond of Auburn University in Alabama named one spider after the U2 frontman after discovering 33 spider breeds. Bond apparently chose the name Aptostichus bonoi as he found the trapdoor spider living in California's Joshua Tree National Park. U2's 1987 album was named The Joshua Tree.
John Mayer and Katy Perry have only been dating for about six months, but they're apparently talking about taking a walk down the aisle. And despite reports Katy wasn't ready to have kids with ex-husband Russell Brand, she has supposedly changed her mind now and wants to have kids with John.
Stacey Betts has dropped her $9 million lawsuit against Justin Bieber for allegedly damaging her hearing after she attended one of his concerts with her daughter. She still maintains her claim, but has filed for the case to be a dropped as she could not find a lawyer and moving the case forward on her on was proving difficult.
