During this weekend’s Golden Globes ceremony, “Hunger Games” and “X-Men” star Jennifer Lawrence won the award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for her role in “Silver Linings Playbook”, and when she began her acceptance speech she said, "I beat Meryl [Streep]". So why was she sticking it to Meryl Streep? She wasn’t. Julianne Hough wore an unusual accessory to the Golden Globes – her earrings were made from real bugs. Julianne said, "We created this with [jewelry designer] Daniela Villegas. It's an actual pair of beetle and actual stick bugs." Ewwww! And to think, all this time I rocked June bugs in my Aqua Net bangs back in the 80’s… who knew I was so trendy?
