The former assistant to Lance Armstrong, Mike Anderson, said of Lance, “He is a very calculating individual. Everything that he does is with forethought and for his own benefit. Frankly, I hope he goes to jail.” and added, “He’s inundated the media for years to control the public’s perception of him. He should have his day in court. He’s committed perjury. He’s weaseled out of allegations for years. He should be taken down and I hope he takes a lot of other people with him.” Mike has every reason to feel sour towards Lance since his split involved a costly legal battle over his refusal to sign a confidentiality agreement. Mike said, “I was blackballed, ridiculed, defamed and slandered. My credibility and character were questioned. I couldn’t get a job. I’ll always believe Lance made good on his promise that I would never work in cycling again.”
Whatever lies ahead for Lance, he is already feeling the ramifications of his doping scandal. He was just stripped of his bronze medal from the 2000 Sydney Olympics, and they are asking him to return the medal. “Oprah's Next Chapter” featuring Lance Armstrong will air in two parts tonight and Friday at 9pm. So “Hunger Games” star Jennifer Lawrence and “Warm Bodies” star Nicholas Hoult broke up, but was there someone else involved? Nicholas is promoting “Warm Bodies” in Rome, and his co-star, Teresa Palmer, posted some photos of herself and Nicholas on Twitter, which show them so close together there’s no doubt they’re warming each other up.
Speaking of break-ups, Selena Gomez admitted at a Golden Globes after party that she and Justin Bieber have broken up. Selena was overheard telling friends about the break up, and after one friend asked if the rumors of the split were true, Selena simply replied, "Yep, done!"
Catherine Zeta-Jones has claimed that Prince Charles was being "saucy" when he awarded her the Commander of the British Empire award. When analyzing the photo, Catherine pointed out, "Look at his hands. Check out his hands, I dunno. I love the royal family, but he is being a little saucy." Hey, he’s a prince, he probably doesn’t get out much. But I would totally love to see a jealous Michael Douglas and the Prince duke it out.
